These terms explain how you may use TrixSecurity services and website. By using our bot or visiting our website you agree to follow these rules — please read them carefully.

Agreement & Scope

TrixSecurity (referred to as “we”, “us” or “the Service”) provides a Discord security bot and related web resources. Your access to or use of the bot and website means you accept these terms and any policies referenced from this page (for example privacy or refund policies).

Accounts and Authentication

When you sign in to the website using Discord, you are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for any actions taken while you're signed in. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us and change your Discord credentials immediately.

Permitted Website Use

The website and its content are intended for legitimate personal or server-administration use. You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape or mine data from our website;
• Use the site or its content for commercial resale without permission;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, rehost, frame or copy our content in a way that violates ownership rights;
• Exploit, attack, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the website or its services.

Using the Bot in Your Server

When invited to a Discord server, TrixSecurity acts according to the permissions granted. You must:

• Use the bot within Discord’s Terms of Service and community guidelines;
• Not try to tamper with the bot’s operation, exploit vulnerabilities, or submit malicious commands;
• Not create impostor bots, distribute fraudulent copies, or misrepresent our services;
• Obtain consent before using or publishing other users' content via the bot.

Note: Granting Administrator permission gives the bot broad power in a server. Server owners are responsible for the roles and hierarchy of permissions — if the bot lacks the ability to perform an action due to role positioning, that is a server configuration issue, not a bug in the bot.

Service Limitations & Disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service but make no promises that the bot or website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by use of the service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the bot or site for users who violate these terms or for maintenance and security reasons. In serious cases we may remove access without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All design, text, images, and code supplied by TrixSecurity are our property or licensed to us. You must not copy or redistribute our proprietary content without explicit permission.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TrixSecurity from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
